Process data shows you new ways to identify and eliminate waste, cost drivers and ergonomic problems. With the help of our data deep dive, you can analyze your processes holistically based on scan and Motion Mining® data.

The journey begins with an initial data deep dive (usually 2 weeks), during which we examine your processes. Experts from ProGlove and MotionMiners analyze a variety of data sources (WMS, ProGlove and Motion Mining® data) to identify patterns, trends and correlations. From bottleneck detection to improved work performance and ergonomics - we open doors to previously undiscovered potential.

The results of the data deep dive are often astounding. We identify efficiency potentials in the amount of 5% to 40% that were previously undiscovered. Often, these results also have a positive effect on the ergonomic working conditions of your employees or reduce sick days.
